During his lifetime, Charles Dickens grappled with the thorny nexus of art and commerce. Artists today face many of these same issues, as well as some Dickens could never have anticipated. Here, three leading UMass Lowell faculty members discuss creative works, commerce and distribution, and the role of influence and access in the 21st century, sharing their own creative works and that of other artists.
